Steel structure is an engineering structural system using steel as the primary load-bearing component. It is assembled through welding, bolting, or riveting steel sections, steel plates, and other steel materials. It features high strength, light weight, and fast construction, making it the mainstream structural form in modern buildings, bridges, industrial facilities, and other fields.
Prestressed steel strand is a flexible material made by twisting together multiple high-strength steel wires. Prestressed (anchored after tensioning) is used to enhance the load-bearing capacity and crack resistance of concrete structures. It is bundled and can be coated as needed. It is widely used in bridges, buildings, and water conservancy projects.
C-shaped steel is a cold-formed, thin-walled steel section with a "C" cross-section. It is formed by cold-rolling steel sheets into a fixed cross-section. It features lightweight construction and stable mechanical properties. It is widely used in load-bearing or supporting structures in construction, machinery, transportation, and other fields, offering a highly efficient alternative to traditional angle steel and channel steel.
Galvanized sheet refers to a steel sheet with a layer of zinc on the surface, which has good corrosion resistance. There are usually two types: hot-rolled and cold-rolled. The hot-rolled galvanized steel plate substrate is a hot-rolled steel plate after pickling, and the cold-rolled galvanized steel plate substrate is a cold-rolled or hardened steel plate.
Round steel refers to solid, long steel bars with a circular cross-section. Produced through hot rolling, forging, or cold drawing, it features a smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy, and stable mechanical properties. It can be cut, bent, welded, or machined as needed. It is a fundamental steel type used in machinery manufacturing, construction engineering, metalworking, and other fields.
Colored steel tiles are a new type of building sheet material made from a colored and galvanized steel base, rolled and then coated with a colored coating. They combine the strength of steel with the weather resistance of the coating and are primarily used for building roofs, walls, and building envelopes.
Steel sheet piles are a type of steel with linkages along their edges. These linkages allow multiple steel sheet piles to be tightly connected to form a continuous earth- and water-retaining structure. They are widely used in temporary and permanent support scenarios for various projects. They come in a variety of cross-sectional shapes (such as U-shaped, Z-shaped, and straight-belly), allowing you to choose the appropriate model based on your project needs
The base material for galvanized Z-beam is primarily low-carbon structural steel, with the mainstream grades being Q235 and Q355: Q235 steel: Yield strength ≥ 235 MPa Q355 steel: Low-alloy, high-strength steel with a yield strength ≥ 355 MPa, offering superior impact resistance and load-bearing capacity.
For aluminum products, we have three layers of waterproof packaging. 1. Waterproof thick plastic paper is used inside to prevent water ingress. 2. The second layer is packed with thick kraft paper, which is waterproof and prevents surface scratches, further enhancing the anti-rust effect. 3. Thick iron sheet packaging is used outside, which not only protects the steel coils in depth, but also plays a wear-resistant role. We use special full-wrapped corner guards for the corners. It can effectively prevent the steel coils from being collided and damaged during transportation and loading and unloading.
