Cold Rolled Steel Coil

Rebar is the common name for hot rolled ribbed steel bars. The grade of ordinary hot-rolled steel bar is composed of HRB and the minimum yield point of the grade. H, R, and B are the first letters of the three words Hotrolled, Ribbed, and Bars respectively.

Aluminum Coil

For aluminum products, we have three layers of waterproof packaging. 1. Waterproof thick plastic paper is used inside to prevent water ingress. 2. The second layer is packed with thick kraft paper, which is waterproof and prevents surface scratches, further enhancing the anti-rust effect. 3. Thick iron sheet packaging is used outside, which not only protects the steel coils in depth, but also plays a wear-resistant role. We use special full-wrapped corner guards for the corners. It can effectively prevent the steel coils from being collided and damaged during transportation and loading and unloading.

Galvanized Coil

Corrosion resistance: This is the most outstanding performance of galvanized coils. The zinc layer reacts with oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture in the air in the atmospheric environment to form a dense basic zinc carbonate protective film, which prevents the steel plate substrate from being further corroded, thereby significantly improving the corrosion resistance of the steel and extending its service life.

Stainless Steel

National Standard:  GB/T 24511 (stainless steel plates and strips for pressure equipment), GB/T 1220 (stainless steel bars); American Standard:  ASTM A240 (stainless steel plates for pressure vessels), ASTM A312 (stainless steel seamless pipes); European Standard:  EN 10088 (stainless steel hot-rolled plates), EN 10216 (stainless steel pipes).

PPGI Steel Coil

Color coated steel coil is a product made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel sheet, electro-galvanized steel sheet, etc., which is coated with one or several layers of organic coating on the surface after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), and then cured by baking. It is named after the colored steel coil coated with various colors of organic coatings, and is referred to as color coated steel coil

Tinplated Steel

Food packaging: It is widely used in various types of food packaging, such as canned meat, canned fish, canned fruit, biscuit boxes, milk powder cans, etc., which can effectively prevent food from spoiling and maintain food flavor.

Carbon Steel Pipe

For small-diameter carbon steel pipes (outer diameter ≤ 108mm), they are usually packaged in bundles, and each bundle is tied and fixed with steel or plastic belts to prevent looseness during transportation; For large-diameter carbon steel pipes (outer diameter > 108mm), single-piece packaging will be wrapped with straw ropes, bubble film and other materials to prevent surface scratches.

Seamless Steel Pipe

Customer Questions and Answers 1. Q: What is the difference between seamless pipes and welded pipes? A: Structure: Seamless pipes have no welds, and welded pipes have longitudinal or spiral welds; Strength: Seamless pipes have higher overall strength and are suitable for high-pressure scenarios (such as boilers and hydraulic systems); Cost: The production process of seamless pipes is complex, and the price is 10%-30% higher than that of welded pipes. 2. Q: How to choose the material of seamless pipe? A: General environment: choose Q235 or 20# carbon steel (low cost, easy to process); Corrosive environment: choose 304/316L stainless steel or galvanized seamless pipe; High temperature and high pressure: choose 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV and other alloy pipes (specific temperature and pressure parameters must be provided).

Galvanized Pipe

1. Our galvanized pipes are packed in bundles, and each bundle is tied and fixed with steel or plastic straps to prevent loosening during transportation. 2. If the customer requires long-term sea transportation, we will use waterproof packaging on the outside to prevent seawater from entering and causing corrosion.

Angle Steel

1. Construction engineering Steel structure frames (such as industrial plants, bridges, transmission towers). Supporting structures for walls and floors, or for building scaffolding. 2. Machinery manufacturing and equipment Machinery parts (such as brackets, frames, rails). Agricultural machinery, vehicle chassis support parts. 3. Municipal and civil use Outdoor billboards, guardrails, steel structure stairs. Load-bearing brackets in home decoration (such as attics, balconies). 4. Special industries Chemical / marine engineering: Stainless steel angle steel is used to support equipment in corrosive environments. Power industry: high-voltage transmission towers, substation structures.

Carbon Steel H Steel

H-beam is a new type of steel for economic construction. H-beam has economical and reasonable cross-sectional shape, good mechanical properties, uniform extension of each point on the cross-section and small internal stress during rolling. Compared with ordinary I-beam, H-beam has the advantages of large cross-sectional modulus, light weight and metal saving, which can reduce the building structure by 30-40%. In addition, because its legs are parallel to the inner and outer sides and the leg ends are right angles, the welding and riveting work can be saved by 25%. It is often used in large buildings (such as factories, high-rise buildings, etc.) with large bearing capacity and good cross-sectional stability, as well as bridges, ships, lifting and transportation machinery, equipment foundations, supports, foundation piles, etc.
