Cold-rolled plates are products made of hot-rolled coils as raw materials and rolled at room temperature below recrystallization temperature. Mostly used in automobile manufacturing, electrical products, etc. Cold rolling is rolling at recrystallization temperature, but it is generally understood as rolling using a normal temperature rolling material.

1. Due to no heating during the production process, there are no defects such as pitting and iron oxide that are common in hot rolling, and good surface quality and high finish. Moreover, cold-rolled products have high dimensional accuracy, and the product's performance and organization can meet some special usage requirements, such as electromagnetic performance, deep-drain performance, etc.
2. Specifications: The minimum thickness is 0.2-4mm, the width is 600-2 000mm, and the length of the steel plate is 1 200-6 000mm.
3. Grades: Q195A-Q235A, Q195AF-Q235AF, Q295A(B)-Q345 A(B); SPCC, SPCD, SPCE, ST12-15; DC01-06
4. Performance: Mainly used low-carbon steel grades, it is required to have good cold bending and welding performance, as well as certain stamping performance
Galvanized sheet steel products are mainly used in construction, light industry, automobile, agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery, and commercial industries. Among them, the construction industry is mainly used to manufacture anti-corrosion industrial and civil building roof panels, roof grilles, etc.; the light industry uses it to manufacture household appliance shells, civil chimneys, kitchen utensils, etc., and the automobile industry is mainly used to manufacture corrosion-resistant parts of cars, etc.; the agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery industry is mainly used to produce frozen processing tools for grain storage and transportation, meat and aquatic products, etc.; the commercial industry is mainly used as storage and transportation of materials, packaging utensils, etc.
Cold-rolled thin steel plate is the abbreviation of ordinary carbon structural steel cold-rolled plates, also known as cold-rolled plates, commonly known as cold-rolled plates, and is sometimes mistakenly written as cold-rolled plates. The cold plate is made of ordinary carbon structural steel hot-rolled steel strips and is further cold-rolled to form a steel plate with a thickness of less than 4mm. Since rolling at room temperature does not produce iron oxide, the cold plate has good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. In addition, the annealing treatment has better mechanical and technological performance than hot-rolled thin steel plates. In many fields, especially in the field of home appliance manufacturing, it has gradually been used to replace hot-rolled thin steel plates.
